The primary purpose of your role will be to work closely with our customers to manage their repair requests. We need to make sure we continue to provide a great service to our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a natural problem solver and a great communicator.
Your main duties:
- Answer inbound telephone calls from customers relating to repairs.
- Outbound calls informing customers of repair decisions.
- Providing high quality and professional assistance dealing with calls promptly and courteously.
- Chase up outstanding repairs.
- Contact customers for feedback on repairs and their experience with Warrantywise.
- Provide accurate administrative support.
Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
