He decided to take out a warranty with Warrantywise when he bought his Land Rover from the local car dealership, he believed a car warranty was vital for him in order to protect his new purchase.

In April 2016, Mr Poulter encountered a fault with the air suspension compressor on his Range Rover Sport. He took his car to the garage who then assessed the fault and contacted Warrantywise. Warrantywise then authorised the repair and paid £633.60 for the repair to be carried out.
When asked about his experience with the repair process Mr Poulter stated:
“The process was quick and efficient, I had an air suspension compressor fault so I took my Range Rover Sport to my local 4×4 garage, they diagnosed the fault and emailed Warrantywise who then gave the garage the go ahead to repair the vehicle straightaway that afternoon, and I received my cheque in the post on Monday morning. Throughout this, Warrantywise customer services rang me twice putting me in the picture”.
Since purchasing the Range Rover Sport, Mr Poulter has encountered two faults with his car and both faults have been repaired and paid by Warrantywise. Mr Poulter was extremely happy with the service he has received from Warrantywise, saying,
