Terms and Conditions: Competition for Used Car Warranty Customers

1. Competition Overview
   Customers who purchase a used car warranty between 9:00 AM on 13th December 2024 and 11:59 PM on 24th December 2024 and have an active plan during this period are eligible to enter a competition to win £200 and nominate a charity of their choice to receive a £200 donation.
2. Eligibility
   • The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
   • To qualify, customers must purchase a used vehicle warranty and maintain an active plan between 13th December 2024 and 24th December 2024.
   • Staff members and their immediate family members are excluded from the competition.
3. Entry Requirements
   • Each eligible purchase during the qualifying period counts as one entry into the competition.
   • Winners will be required to open a Wise Rewards account in order to receive the credit. This must be completed within 10 working days from the date the winners are contacted.
4. Prizes
   • One winner will receive a £200 credit.
   • The winner will also select a charity of their choice to receive a £200 donation. The charity must be a UK-registered charity.
   • Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available for the donation.
5. Winner Selection and Announcement
   • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
   • The winner will be announced by 6th January 2025. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
6. Claiming the Prize
   • The winner must respond to the notification within 10 working days of being contacted to confirm their Wise Rewards account details and charity choice.
   • Failure to respond or provide required information within the given timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected.
7. Charity Donation
   • The nominated charity must be a registered charity within the UK. Proof of registration may be required.
   • The £200 donation will be made directly to the charity on behalf of the winner.
8. General Terms
   • By entering the competition, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
   • The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice.
   • The promoter is not responsible for any delays or issues in prize delivery caused by third-party services.
   • Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the promoter’s privacy policy.
